Some people have memories of watching their mothers put on makeup or spray perfume. My childhood memories are of my mother dressing up to go to work and leaving the few beautiful fine jewelry pieces she had, once again, in her jewelry chest. My father's was hearing stories how his wedding band was stolen early in his marriage and never replaced it since it was too expensive, even though he would tell me how much he would love to.
One occasion when I was 8, while watching her put on a bracelet, necklace and a pair of matching earrings I said: "That is beautiful, why don't you wear that set more often mommy?", my mother's reply stayed with me until this day, "Because it’s too expensive, so we only use it on special occasions"...
Thus began my long fascination with fine jewelry. I'd stare at my mother's pieces like they were an exotic species since I would rarely see them out. I grew up in a family where birthdays, engagements or special occasions were not known for fine jewelry but clothing, shoes and other cheaper, more needed items.
My hopes have always been loftier than most but I disagree with saving up an entire month's paycheck to buy something just for me, that makes me feel beautiful and I can still wear them every day if I want to.
Every time I wear the very few fine jewelry items I possess they give me confidence. They keep me from feeling nervous, out of sorts, or sloppy, because the women and men who wear the finest pieces of jewelry are never nervous, out of sorts, or sloppy. They're elegant, substantial, and powerful. Just like my mother and father.
I decided to make a difference for those who feel to express themselves via fine jewelry and love to others by gifting it. I created a family owned fine jewelry store where you won't have to save for years in order to get a beautiful timeless piece that you can wear day in and day out.
I wish to make beautiful timeless fine jewelry available and above all attainable, so you can feel elegant, substantial and powerful ALWAYS
